Canadian Finals Rodeo role in these promotions is limited to that of a prize provider only.
Canadian Finals Rodeo is not the sponsor, administrator, organizer, or operator of any giveaway, contest, or promotion run by a third party, even where Canadian Finals Rodeo –supplied Prizing is involved. Canadian Finals Rodeo has no control over, and takes no responsibility for:
How the promotion is structured, advertised, or entered
Eligibility requirements or restrictions
How a winner is selected or notified
Timelines, deadlines, or extensions
Disputes between entrants and the organizer
Delivery or fulfillment of the prize by the organizer
The organizer's compliance with applicable law, including Canadian contest law, provincial regulations, and Meta/Instagram's Promotion Guidelines
If you have a question, concern, or dispute about a giveaway or contest, please contact the individual or organization running that specific promotion directly. Canadian Finals Rodeo cannot intervene in, adjudicate, or resolve issues related to promotions it did not organize or administer.
No Endorsement
Canadian Finals Rodeo's provision of Prizing to a third party does not constitute Canadian Finals Rodeo endorsement, sponsorship, co-organization, or guarantee of that party's promotion, and does not make Canadian Finals Rodeo a party to any agreement between the organizer and its entrants.
Release of Liability
By participating in any giveaway, contest, or promotion involving Prizing supplied by Canadian Finals Rodeo, you acknowledge and agree that Canadian Finals Rodeo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") are released from any and all liability, claims, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or related to:
Your entry into or participation in the promotion
The conduct, administration, or outcome of the promotion
Your acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize
Any dispute between you and the promotion's organizer
This release applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Instagram / Meta Disclaimer
Where a giveaway or promotion involving Canadian Finals Rodeo –supplied Prizing appears on Instagram or Facebook, that promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
Governing Law
This notice is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.
