Every Canadian Finals Rodeo performance features top rodeo athletes competing for a national championship. While the rodeo action remains the same, each performance offers its own atmosphere, energy, and theme.

How the Canadian Finals Rodeo Works
Athletes spend the entire season competing for a chance to qualify for the Canadian Finals Rodeo. Only the top 12 competitors in each event earn a spot at Canada's championship rodeo.
Across five performances, competitors battle for standings, prize money, and ultimately the opportunity to be crowned Canadian Champion on Championship Night.

Every performance includes a full lineup of CFR championship rodeo events. What changes throughout the week is the atmosphere, standings, and excitement as the championship race develops.
Heritage Night is often the best introduction to CFR, while Canadian Night and Championship Night offer some of the biggest crowds and energy.
Family Day is designed specifically for families and features a daytime schedule that works well for guests of all ages.
Most performances run approximately 2.5 hours.
Western wear is encouraged but never required. Many guests also participate in the nightly fashion themes.
