Cowboy Steak Date Night 

This three-hour date night class is packed with delicious BBQ and a rodeo flair. The menu celebrates Alberta ranchers and producers while teaching guests how to create a bold, Western-inspired meal over live fire. Alberta beef tomahawk steaks and Alberta pork belly burnt ends, served with Alberta-grown potatoes and a cast iron skillet dessert.
